Bluebells/Harebells

What they're called depends on where you live. (In Scotland English Bluebells are Wild Hyacinths).
Today I was in the kitchen at café again and had grandson in the afternoon so not a lot else got done.
I had intended to run the club hillrace (see extra photo) but decided that, as my infected back is vastly improved, it might not be a good idea to risk rubbing it and setting back the healing process. Mr Rat wasn't running as he has a big run on Saturday but we both went along as support. Whilst waiting for the runners to return I took some flower pics.
