The Wines

We went to a very nice dinner which involved a large amount of wine tasting and plenty of eating. The cellar is quite spectacular and you can walk over the top and look through the glass floor. This is just a very small section of the wines on display in the temperature controlled cabinet. Given them a bit of flare but I may change the processing later.
