I was so lucky today.  An appointment got cancelled at the last minute and I was able to see my osteopathy practitioner.  She worked wonders on me and I felt a thousand times better after I left her practice.

And a fellow blipper/friend paid me a visit today to see how I was.  Had some delicious ice cream and coffee together.  It was nice to catch up and talk about our teenage girls and their new schools.

The extra photo shows the meds that I am taking.  I am supposed to take Sirdalud (muscle relaxer) 3x a day, but am only taking it for the night.  It makes me so sleepy and I can't imagine being like that in the morning and afternoon when I'm supposed to cook lunch for when the girls come home from school.
