i-eye Day 78: - Bad Back Friday

Maybe it was Throwback Thursday that did it? Anyway, I have a bad back and I am grumpier than a grumpy grump with the grumps. 

Stupid freeze spray requires me to twist around to apply it and I can't twist. Or turn. Or sit. Or lie. Or walk. Or bend. Or lean. 

Good job I have my lovely daughter to aid and assist me. Of course my son is here but he is too busy playing FIFA working on the bench he has been painting for 2 and a half months. 

Poor dog was promised a run on the beach this morning. I hope she doesn't understand English. 


PS I am not a mermaid, I do actually have 2 legs.
