Filler
An exhausting day with lots of meetings highlighted by a superb Ahi tuna salad for lunch.
A salad with no green stuff.
Just slices of seared Ahi tuna, caramelized sweet onions, tomatoes, ricotta cheese, and black olives, drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. (Hungry now are you?)
These soon-to-be- mashed-potatoes at dinner were just filler, (like this emergency blip), in comparison.
Ah well. Until tomorrow....
