I really love "pick-n-mix"!

We have resited the bird feeders in an area away from the dogs.
Dogs don't seem to bother with the birds unless they dare land on the lawn but, thought it better if they have their own area.
Takes a week or two to get used to the new location I guess but, we have had some very colourful visitors in the past.
We used to have a covered bird table and have seen gulls, magpies and ringed doves all fighting to come in sideways and fit into the space where the food was placed. Quite a few squabbles ensued but generally the much larger seagulls prevailed.
We are about 5 seconds flight time from the cliffs for a seagull so, we get quite a lot of seabird visitors.
