Flower Friday

Another warm, windy hot day.

I needed to get a good clean done this morning so Al volunteered to do the Supermarket shopping.   So off with his list he went.

It reminded me of times when I would go shopping for my Mum on a Saturday morning with a note wrapped around the money.   Of course I had to get the bus there and back.

How times have changed,  I doubt there are many children would do that nowadays.

On my early walk with Holly I took the blip of the Ivy as the house where it is had apparently been training it to go over the gate.   I noticed however, that it was invading the trees to the side.   Once it gets hold it is difficult to keep down.   Lovely flowers though.
