Back in the water diving and one of the BEST days wreck diving Scotland can offer. Tapti followed by the Hispania in the Sound of Mull. Surface interval snorkeling with basking sharks off Coll, wasn't too shabby either... at least 15 very close encounters!! SUPER SPECIAL.


After spending so many dives with an underwater camera it was quite hard to watch the massive bulk of the basking shark glide towards me, mouth wide, veer  slightly and disappear into the blue, without being able to record the event.  I'll never forget it though, heart thumbing as it cruised past.
