walk to our local park surrounding Lanark loch, spoiled for choice today, what a difference a day makes. had a nice bursting poppy, and a swan's head, and couple of others, here if anyone is interested.

actually went out looking for interesting insects and bugs, tally was: flies - 2; slugs- 2; bees - 1 [heard but not seen]

off to a garden open evening around 6ish, so might get some nice shots of musicians and plants but didn't want to risk it
