Bb was a support in more ways than one today and I let him give me my injection this afternoon ... but only after he'd practised on a tomato first!

Sad news tonight that my brother, who was hospitalized two weeks ago, has been moved to a ward with less freedom and more supervision. We all realize it's for his own good, but it's still difficult and in his current state he can't see it. He's been doing all the 'right' things to keep his mental health stable and was doing so well. Sadly, bi-polarism is bigger than he is. We do what we can from here and give support to my niece (his daughter) and her family.
