Someone's biffed this Biffa

The fact that these bins are now taking up most of the pavement, coupled with the fact that all cars/vans seem to ignore the "Street Closed" signs and attempt to drive along Thistle Street (due to entrance to George Street being closed from Hanover Street [Queen Street side]) seems to have proved one pedestrian obstacle too many, resulting in someone dishing out some street justice.
