Andy's Tart

...raspberry tart.  Andy has been busy collecting wild rasperries which are growing on the hill above the house.  They are abundant this year having thrived on the cool wet weather - no doubt more so than other inhabitants of Scotland!  For this tart he followed a recipe that involved folding the edges of the tart back towards the centre of the tart; I like the effect.

A warm and humid day; 23 degrees as I left work at 6pm.  I need to get organised in the evenings so I can get out earlier - by 8:30pm tonight it was too dark to walk along my usual evening walking route.  The slightest hints of autumn are in the air - the rowan berries are a deep red and the blackberries that were hard and green just a few weeks ago,  are swelling and ripening.
