Broom

Amy set us all a daily challenge on fitbit, to see who can manage the most steps in 24hrs.  Its a great way for all the family to participate as we are a bit scattered across Scotlland & Wales.  Can't resist a challenge so off we went for a walk this morning, 7.2 miles. 17.688 steps.  I'm sure Amy will overtake me though as she has just started a 15hr shift........... I'm pleased with mine though. 

As we walked the footpath alongside the railway, it was full of the seedheads from the Broom bushes.  I find them interesting as you can sometimes hear them pop.
