Harken back...

... to times of auld. Today has been a bit of a history lesson. The local glass works museum and craft centre had a history event, and being the sadistic educational geek parents we are, we trotted the kids down the road to have a look about.

All good fun though, the kids love this kind of stuff really. And besides, they knew there'd be blip opportunities, so they've learnt to just go with it now.

Had a fair few photeys to choose from, but was a pity not to get any of the role players and their fantastic costumes. I couldn't bring myself to shoot them out of a traditional setting though, would have just looked like a naff holiday snap. Will save that for another day, there will always be a better setting as we go.

Couldn't resist putting up an extra of the arrows. Especially as the chap demonstrating them told the kids quite graphically what each type would do to the insides of a potential enemy. Not sure littlest one will be the same for a little while.
