Gulpener Bierfeesten

I don't understand why there is some event like a beer festival, but this weekend it is the yearly beer festival in our village. It has been some year's ago since the festival was set of with fireworks, but because this is the 30th year we were all treated. I understand why the organisation desided to leave the fireworks out, but to me this special occassion meant a nice practice.

Tomorrow we're invited to Frühshoppen by our neighbours. I hope it involves bread and coffee and not a large glass of beer.
