Break time

David and I went out cycling today , we had planned to cycle from home to Forestmill and have a cuppa at the Loganlee but unfortunately the little cafe has been closed due to the owner being in hospital , from there we cycled to Coalnaughton, Fishcross , david had planned just to head home from there till I had the bright idea to head to the coffee bothy as we had missed out a cuppa and it wasn't that much further lol . We had a lovely snack and by the time we cycled home we had done just under 40miles which was pretty good although I don't think David's legs would agree with me lol.
