The Annual Village Party…

…was again held in our neighbour’s barn, a great place for a get together! Kenneth, Andreas, Jessica and Sofia provided barbecued pork, salad and trimmings + a pudding and coffee, and of course, the welcome drink! Many thanks for all the work you put in!
The “upstairs” of the barn, seen here, is actually equipped for such things with lights, a bar, a fridge and tables and benches built from pallets.  It has also been used for weddings and christenings.
We hope to continue the tradition next year, perhaps spreading the load a little more among all the people in the village.
It was the second barbecue of the day because there was a working party at the sailing club starting at 8:00 this morning, and when we had done all the work we barbecued lunch!
