One last spin :-(

It all came out today.
Our derelict playground has been stripped out to make way for a -hopefully- sparkly new one.

This is me and my grandkids enjoying our last ride on the 60 year old roundabout... I played on this when I was a kid, as did my children, so for me this is a sad day.

The whole kit is going to Kent to become a private -retro- play area for some lucky child.
Sadly a friend has come up with an idea to make use of it within our new play area .... Like the Alanis song Ironic, a minute too late. One can always hope the buyer pulls out!!!
