On the Up

Now back in Hong Kong for a few days. The view from our apartment on the 37th floor. New buildings are rising from foundations. Still really a newby to Hong Kong and am still fascinated by the continued use of bamboo scaffolding. I have seen it many times of the years but still expect things to change and see the use of steel. (Maybe someone can explain).

Our travels this year have been a constant challenge as Mr F has been suffering with a very poorly leg since January. After seeing numerous Physios, Osteopaths, Doctors and even a Orthopaedic surgeon he was told it was just muscular and to follow a regime of exercises. 
He decided that it must be something more and saw a doctor in London a few weeks ago who diagnosed a spiral fracture of the right leg and a fracture of the left pelvis!! He is now on Crutches for 3 months and no golf for at least 5!
(At least we got to use the electric carts at the airport!)
