Montbretia

I blipped a photograph of this flower last year, but I think this shot, taken later in the season, is rather more attractive (and the colour is improved by the sunshine).
Our garden is mainly lawn and green shrubs, intended to be relatively easy to maintain, but lacking much colour for a lot of the year.  However, a mass of Montbretia is providing a very welcome bright spot at the moment.
