This lady, hidden behind the blonde hair, is Jessica, the owner, along with her husband, of the Last Bus Cafe.
As we had Arya and Michaela staying over last night, their request was to go their for cake and ice cream.
Aria thinks that Jessica is he most favourite person in the world.
