Harabruckteich (Harabruck Lake)

I found myself without a blip late last night but didn't have the energy to do an EB. I haven't deliberately missed a blip before but felt all the better for having a night off and not forcing myself to set something up.
We had lunch with friends at a small fest in a close by town then went for a walk around one of the local lakes. After the cool, wet weather of last week it was brilliant sunshine although quite windy. The air definitely had an autumnal feel to it. I was all enthused to make up for yesterday only to discover there was no SD card in the camera. Fortunately, the FZ200 has a small in-camera storage but cramped my style somewhat as I usually go a bit overboard.. Most of the smaller lakes are fish lakes and are privately owned. Each year or every 2 years they drain the water in order to catch the larger fish for sale and restock with the smaller ones. Pictured in the foreground is the sluice which drains this lake.
