Cock of the North

Actually, the only person who would think this was up North is in France singing.  Anything North of Aylesbury is in danger of falling of the edge of the world...

This is the weather vane on the steeple of our very old parish church in Halesowen.  It was glinting beautifully in the post greyness sunshine of this Sunday afternoon when the best thing to do seemed to be to watch the sport on TV.

Enjoyed a good walk getting in some steps in the early evening sunshine.
