Paying attention to details

Found this sign in Burgess park while walking through from a home visit back to work.  Needed some thinking time after telling Leah that I'm leaving the team, watching her tear-up and Ibrahim tell me that I can pop by anytime.  I've run past this fence a million times but never noticed the blue circle.
