The Limbo Tree

On one of my local running routes I have to negotiate this low hanging branch over some steps down to The Strand. Just recently someone has got rather carried away with warning signs, every step and most of the handrails have been painted – I think I have got the message!! Wonder if someone had an “incident” there?
