In the forest

Walking in the forest on your own is totally mind clearing, lost in your own world. The sawn trees added a fine smell of sap to the fresh air, the rustle of the leaves and the bird song making the soundtrack.
I was taking photos with the work of John Blakemore in mind. He sometimes meditates at the location, and I certainly could have sat quietly for a while in the peaceful forestry. Next time maybe...
