Button Up

I had to take Alex to the dentist for a tooth extraction this morning. She was very brave but was a bit subdued when we got home.

She loves going through my button box and I remember doing the same with my grandma's box of buttons (and her huge box of costume jewellery too) so out they've come to cheer a sad little girl up a bit.

On the plus side, she now has a huge tooth to go under her pillow tonight for the tooth fairy to collect!
