Sunday Long run

On Sundays various members of our running club club meet up at Hainault Forest for a long run (anywhere between 6-12 miles).

Depending on the weather and time of year we can have between 2-20 people turn up and is a fairly mixed group of guys and girls.

Today it was me...and 8 ladies!
Was tempting at times to run slightly ahead of the pack to make it look like a Benny Hill sketch
