Lord Provost...

This guys rather fancy necklace caught my eye before his cheery face..!

I did actually (unoffensively I hope) state that I liked his "necklace" before I asked him if I could take his picture...luckily he was a very nice chap and smiled while I messed around with my camera!!

He was part of one of our (yes, another) town events..I am not sure what exactly was going on but I do know that 4 men with bagpipes blazing and a giant Saltire walked past my living room window at 10pm last night!! It took all my willpower to not open my window and shout "Pipe Down?!"..but I cast aside my shocking sense of humour on this occasion, thank goodness.
