Bedraggled!

This poor little chap has been out in all weathers for a few days now. I presume that he was dropped from a pushchair and I feel that he should be rescued but then his owner who hopefully will eventually come looking for him won't find him.
Another rubbish day weather wise but a few things achieved but far too boring to mention here!
