A tenuous link for the challenge.......

...a water feature at a spa resort On balance a very watery day - the spa pool, the rain and a water feature!!!!!!  Well I did say it was a tenuous link. 

The feature is called Happiness and Prosperity - well that is also tenuous - what have these ideas got to do with a water feature!!!!
