SCARY STUFF

Back to yoga this morning, wondering how it would be after weeks away, but Janis was very gentle to the back row gang. Later to town to attend the See Me Advisory Group.  This was scary too, as the last meeting I attended was also the occasion when I fell down in Argyle Street.  Glad to say I stayed on my feet today.  Great to be back with such a lovely bunch of dedicated, inspirational colleagues.
