Secret Green Lanes and Father's Day

I love the Green lanes around home, a beautiful paradise of wildness and secrets!

Although the secretive element has been slightly spoilt with the appearance of an 'unmetalled road' sign at the start of it! It may just find itself somehow 'knocked over' like the one at the end of the lane. The sign seems to have opened up a whole new playground for scramblers and 4x4s.

This image was taken just before a large buzzard swooped down and across from one tree on one side to another tree on the other.

More than once I have found myself following a fox, and deer use this lane too to get into the fields and the fort.

Three beautiful things:

Spending Father's day with my Dad for the first time in 25 years!

Actually bring able to dry some washing outside!

An undisturbed walk along the green lanes at home.
