"Mini" banquet!

Well ... when a family friend returns from many years of living in China it seems only right to have him throw us a Chinese banquet!

This was a mini banquet ... the extra ingredients in the fridge may have made it a midi banquet ... I'm surprised that he was restrained enough in the Chinese supermarket to not make it a maxi banquet!!! Perhaps if it had more northern ingredients we would have needed a second table!

It may have been mini in Chinese banquet terms ... but it was Maxi Yum!!
