Pink shrub

There was great debate tonight between me & Mr W as to if this shrub is a Hibiscus or a Rose of Sharon!
All I know is it's very pretty in the garden right now.
As he is the font of all knowledge, I concede that it could well be a Rose of Sharon ;-/
