I have had a bit of a blip hiatus.

In July stuff happened that I did not expect and it has been absolutely dreadful. There are worse things but I lost about half a stone, lost a lot of sleep and lost a lot of faith in people.

I also realised how fab my friends are who were so incredibly supportive and became keyboard warriors.

We are just back from a much needed holiday. Tarragona was very special. Loved the place. Home now to washing and hopefully a little bit of normality.
