Ok, so it's not going to be all that easy - a slow burn ( as opposed to slow hand!) The home brew may help - well maybe in the short term - though I doubt it. It's certainly a steep learning curve but let's see where we are in three months time! The homebrew will probably have been replaced with Jack Daniels!!!
