Tiny Tuesday Week 13

This morning, we awoke to cool temperatures, low humidity and the promise of bright sunshine. I keep getting drawn back to the McKee-Beshers Wildlife Management Area.  This morning’s perfect conditions made it irresistible and I was not disappointed. There were grasshoppers, butterflies, dragon flies, blue herons and hummingbirds. I love the abundance of wildflowers at every stage of life. It was just magical to be there in this vast wide open area all by myself. 

While not the greatest shot, it was a first for me to capture a skipper in flight so decided it would be my blip for today.  I have included a few others in the extras.
