Bird Day
Ever so slightly frazzled today - so much to do all of a sudden.
This is a Little Raven - part of the colony which lives around the Playford Lake at the Belair NP. The ravens are really difficult to tell apart, but one way is by their song - or call; you can't really call it a song.
The Australian Raven is a slightly larger bird and the call ends with a descending note in a minor key - you really can't mistake it.
The Little Raven just has a regular "caw caw" sound. I like their blue eyes - it's not often you see a bird with a blue eye.
