This weather just isn't cricket

We finished our weekend in Somerset by going to this afternoon's T20 cricket match between Somerset and Northamptonshire at Taunton. After a fairly bright, warm morning this summer's ubiquitous clouds had gathered by lunchtime and we were worried the match would be rained off. In the end, apart from a few very light showers, it stayed dry for the whole match.

We were of course supporting Northants. It was a close match, but sadly for us (though happily for my brother and his wife), Somerset took it in the final over.
