A Pain That I'm Used To
Evening all,
didn't fancy the blip tonight so wasn't going to bother.
Then number one daughter says "good sunset tonight dad.."
Blimey, was she right; but it is nine thirty in the evening and we were winding down, so i thought a lazy blip of the sunset out of the daughter's bedroom window would suffice.
However, when igot back downstairs it was still there, taunting me with its velvety richness.
" It is a great sunset" says the present Mrs Richardson.
" i know, but i'm not going out tonight, i'm not obsessional" i say, slipping my shoes on..
"and where would i even go at this time of night to catch the sunset?" i say picking my keys up..
"Hood Green or Stainborough " comes the reply as the front door slams quickly shut.
Then i get in after 15 minutes of experimenting with different camera settings, trying not to get run over or fall into a huge patch of brambles while chasing the sunset, with a set of vivid sunsets in pixels, and she takes one look at them and says:
"look photoshopped to me!"
Not sure who is the biggest pain, but i sense it may be me!! (and no, it isn't photoshopped at all)
night all
