LANDSCAPE IN TRANSITION 2 - making some progress

The subtitle for this work alongside the steps from the Charmouth Car Park is 'To intervene or not to intervene?' Well if that is the question, I have gone for intervention - it's going rather well considering the limited time now available to finish it.
