Down in the Glen

As sung by the great Robert Wilson and later by the Alexander Brothers Down in the Glen and the Deep River Boys which is my favourite version! They were a American Gospel group from Virginia around the 1930's

The sheep are in the fold,
And there's a peace worth more than gold,
For that shepherd in that Heaven
Down in the Glen.

That's what sprung to mind when I saw this wee hoose.
