Phew!

After spending 7hrs in hospital today for various tests, doctors confirmed I have a mild case of Bells Palsy and not a mini stroke as they first thought. At least it's a viral condition and I only need to take a course of steroids.

I CAN go on holiday after all & this time next week I will be drinking a Manhattan in Manhattan!

Another early night as I'm exhausted but the NHS is wonderful & I am thankful today for dedicated nurses.
