Poppies

Fathers Day began early in our house with the children scampering around planning surprises for Daddy. So I joined in and we had waffles for breakfast and a lemon cake for later all made before 9.30am. We had hoped for a day out to Hatfield but the trains conspired against us and we returned home instead. We did have a lovely day at home and I think Daddy had a good day with lots of nice food and reasonable happy children.
