Cider Apples in the Sun 238/365

It's nearly time to harvest the cider apples again and it's going to be a bumper crop this year.  Our 2014 Ashcombe Estate Orchards "White's Original" recently won a Gold at Taste Of The West so hopes are high for the next batch.  If only it would stop raining... it's knocking the alcohol content down!
