I changed my Broadband provider today. The engineer came at 7am and couldn't fix it because the line wasn't ready. He left his tools and had to return for them. When I got home I set it up, but couldn't get into the order online. I spent an hour on the phone trying to sort it out. I went from India to Glasgow and back to India and got so cross.!
