The local patch

However much I travel - these hills always take my breath away. 
& the added bonus of running ahead of the rain this morning.

Another productive day - can now start to feel positive that the Sport England project is on target before I head back to the Alps for the final Tour du Mont Blanc of the season. 
Had a great chat with the knee surgeon confirming that further surgery would simply be farcical considering what I've been able to do this year, so now just the shoulder surgeon to speak to tomorrow! Ah the joys of a life full of fun.
