Walking the Dog

for my disabled friend in Boscombe Gardens.  Bournemouth Council have gone to enormous trouble in recent years to make Boscombe attractive.  And by and large, other than the infamous surf reef, they have succeeded.  But they shoot themselves in the foot by putting most of their difficult people all together in this area.  So the attractive gardens are likely to have unattractive people and their throwaways (needles, beer cans etc) in them.
