This afternoon we made our way to The Park to say farewell to a hard working lady who retires today. She has seen The Park through eight years of development into the wonderful, diverse, interesting and colourful place it is today. Her absence over the next few months will be strange.

(Following the wasp incident on Monday, seems my concerns about Em developing buzzing-things-phobia may be unfounded. Sat quite happily in the wildflower garden this evening as the buzzing things went about their buzz-ness)
